Returns & Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Items within 180 days after the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
  • Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased product.
  • Only once we receive your return we will refund you after inspecting the items.
  • If a returned item is found to be in a condition that can not be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return. No refund will be issued.
    • To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange:

      • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
      • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
      • Your item must be in the YKS original packaging.
        • Here are reasons for returns:

          • The product is defective or damaged.
          • The product did not match its description.
          • The customer purchased the wrong item.
          • The merchant shipped the wrong item.
            • Return Exceptions:

              • Brand New OEM keys can not be returned unless noted otherwise.
              • Software, tokens and other digital activations
              • Key Machines, Programmers, & Cloners.
              • A credit will not include the original shipping cost
                • Risk of Loss

                  A tracking # is provided with every order you place. For any shipping related questions please contact the carrier directly. Relying on us to contact the shipping company will only cause further delays. Once the carrier’s status shows the package has been delivered Delivered we are not responsible for replacement orders!
