VW MQB Component Security and Pin Code Calculations:
When working with a VW MQB Based Immo Vehicle and you receive the "server computation error" on your Autel programmer's screen, please follow this link to fill out the VW Request Form




Once the form is filled out, a tech from the Autel team will contact you to provide you with the Component Security and Pincode for the vehicle that you are working with. Generally, it takes them about 10 minutes to respond during their business hours, which are Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 9:00PM Eastern Time, after the form is submitted. You need to be with the vehicle when they contact you because these codes are "rolling," and they change with each key cycle. Do not disconnect the Autel programmer from the vehicle or cycle the vehicle's ignition switch after submitting your request to Autel. Also please make sure to apply additional voltage to the vehicle, if the battery goes dead after you send your request to Autel, the Immo Code will have rolled and the data that Autel gives to you will not be valid. If you have any questions about this process please call Autel USA Tech Support at 1-855-288-3587. As of now, this process only works for Volkswagen MQB Vehicles and does not work for Audi MBQ Vehicles.
